Qualifications

Unicade Inc. can provide a right mix of people to work on the projects on contract basis or as consultants only. Different job classifications are used to define responsibilities and deliverable of the assigned staff to the client project. A brief summary of job classification is presented below.


  Senior Project Manager:

Experience of 10-20+ years in the industry with a graduate degree and/or Professional Engineering license and/or PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. Works closely with the client in defining contractual requirements, Statement of Work, and Project Milestones. Develop and finalize project control budget and schedule using PC based computer software programs. Generate Project Implementation Plan for management control and project execution.

  Junior Project Manager:

Experience of 8-12+ years in the industry with a Bachelor degree and/or P.E. license and/or PMP certification from Project Management Institute. Works closely with Unicade's senior project manager in assisting the development of contractual requirements, project procedures, schedule, budget financial analysis, and reporting methodologies.

  Project Administrator:

Experience of 5-10+ years in the industry with hands-on experience with computer-based project schedules and budget. Develop CPM/PERT schedules with data entry of tasks, activities, duration, resources, costs, logic tie-in between activities and payment milestones. Status schedule, monitor cost/budget, and perform general computer database updates. Produce required management reports.
